How To Do a Florida Water Cleansing

March’s series of blogs called “Clearing Negative Patterns” has been inspired by  excerpts from Coventry Magic by Jacki Smith.

Just to recap: For 2015, we are dedicating ourselves to unleashing your personal power. Since this is no overnight task, we have broken it down month by month. March, we talk about what it takes to break negative patterns that keep you stuck.   Last week we talked about some tools you can use to accepting your role in your destiny. This week we go over a popular cleansing technique for clearing negative energy.  Next Monday, I will conclude the installment with one last cleansing exercise for breaking these habits and clearing negative energy.

These blogs are really just a summary of the real exercises found in Coventry Magic by Jacki Smith, for more detailed explanation, I recommend checking out the entire book.

The Florida Water Cleansing

Jacki writes about the Florida water cleansing in Coventry Magic.  This is a old recipe that is used for clearing your aura.  You can buy Florida water at most metaphysical stores and even Amazon. You can even DIY it, there are many sources on how to make it from scratch online.

This cleansing will clear unhealthy energy or experiences that have stuck onto you throughout the years causing you grief and sadness. This negative influence of others is very real and your body can react physically to it as well as institute negative habits that cause harm to yourself and to others. It is a good idea to do this cleanse in times when you are trying to break negative patterns or change your life in some way.  Again, although this guide below is the complete instructions on how to do a Florida water cleansing, I have only just summarized the reasons behind it from Coventry Magic.  For more details you will want to refer to chapter 9 in the book.

You will need:

Florida Water

A clear bowl filled with water

Here is what you do. (nice, simple and it works..take that pinterest!)
