Shipping Costs

In order to best serve our customers, we do not add any additional handling fees.  Shipping costs are strictly calculated based on the weight of the items you have purchased.

 

Delivery Time

We use UPS and USPS for our carriers.  U.S. Ground Services take roughly 2-6 business days from coast-to-coast.  Of course, we are unable to control shipping times once the product leaves our hands.  Holidays and weather affect transportation times and we keep you up to date by providing you with the tracking number with your UPS invoice.  Please see www.ups.com for their complete shipping policies.   

APO/FPO and international orders are shipped via USPS. Coventry Creations is not responsible for packages shipped via USPS because there is no tracking number for reference.

For your protection, orders over $100 are shipped with signature required and may incur additional shipping fees.

Please review your shipping information.  Coventrycreations.com is not responsible for shipping costs on rerouted packages.

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.  Coventrycreations.com is open Monday through Friday, 11a-8p EST.  Orders received before 3PM will begin the packaging process the same day. Orders received after 3PM will be fulfilled on the next business day.  We do not ship on holidays.

Product Availability

At Coventry, we handcraft our products when the moon is right.  This is not a gimmick but a part of the recipe.  We watch the lunar progression through the celestial bodies of the zodiac and schedule our candle production accordingly.

Our estimated processing time is 3-5 business days.  We want to get your candles out as fast as we can, but we have to balance that with lunar based production, holidays, and weather conditions that affect shipping.  Our Coventry Wholesale Customer Care team will contact you if the order will take a longer than normal processing time.

 

Damages in Shipping or Missing Items

At Coventrycreations.com  we are dedicated to shipping quality.  Each package is packed carefully and double counted with care to ensure the greatest quality and accuracy.  To guarantee our dedication to quality shipping, items must be reported as missing or damaged within 5 days of receipt of your order to be immediately be replaced.  We cannot honor our replacement on lost or damaged items in shipping after 5 business days.   

If there is any issue with your order, Contact us at 248-547-2987 or email us at retail@coventrycreations.com. We may require you to email photos of unopened box, opened box and damaged items. Upon confirmation, replacement items will be sent to you.

 

Returns

Unused merchandise may be exchanged or used toward in-store credit at its purchase price within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be refunded. To obtain an RMA number, contact us at 248-547-2987 or email us at retail@coventrycreations.com. Coventry Creations does not assume responsibility for return postage costs.

There are no returns or exchanges allowed on limited edition, clearance or marked down merchandise.
