Product Availability & Delivery Time

We create our candles in small batches to ensure each one arrives with the highest quality (and best mojo) possible. For U.S. orders, please allow about 5–10 business days total from the time you place your order to the time you get that glorious package in your hands. This window accounts for both our manufacturing time and the actual shipping transit. We do our best to appease the shipping gods, but factors like holidays and weather can sometimes introduce delays.

  • International Orders
    We ship worldwide! Once your order leaves the U.S., tracking updates may vary based on your country’s postal system. Also, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility, so please be aware of your local regulations.
    (We’ve tried sacrificing a few packing peanuts to appease the international shipping gods, but they remain as unpredictable as ever!)

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 5 days of receipt:

  2. We may ask for photos of the unopened box, opened box, and any damaged items.
  3. Once confirmed, replacements will be on their merry way to you.

Returns

If your purchase doesn’t light you up the way you hoped, unused and unopened merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure everything is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we can’t cover return postage.

  • Exceptions

    • We don’t accept returns or exchanges on limited-edition, clearance, or marked-down items. Once those goodies are gone, they’re gone!
