It’s finally Spring. The flowers are starting to bloom, the grass is green and trees are growing their leaves. Different kinds of growth are happening everywhere, why don’t you add your personal growth to the list?! If you aren’t sure how to, we’ll walk you through it.
What you are going to need:
Once you have gathered everything you need, head outside! (We recommend doing this when it isn’t too cold or rainy). Find a nice comfortable spot and start by standing shoulder-width apart while holding the railroad spike in your hands. Gather all of the negative energy from your body and send it through your arms to the railroad spike. Take your rubber mallet or hammer and nail the railroad spike into the ground, taking the negative energy away from you and putting it into the earth.
Grab your Van Van candle and run it through your aura. Light it and place it in a candle holder at your feet. During this, feel the release of your dead beliefs going up in the smoke. Light your Flying Monkeys candle next, and place it in a candle holder by your feet as well. Take some time to do some deep breaths. Let the sun or moonlight cleanse your body and mind, releasing old attachments.
Put the Amber oil on your feet and crown chakra to enhance your protective shield and draw in loving energy all around you. Look at that, you’ve just cleansed your intentions for personal growth!
Bring the candles inside and relight them whenever you are feeling dragged down with negative thoughts or emotions. Remember to NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
